Year-end accounts that tick the boxes and tell you something useful
Your annual accounts are a legal must for a limited company and the backbone of your tax return if you're a sole trader or partnership. We prepare them carefully, file them on time, and then sit down with you to explain what the numbers mean for your business.
We produce annual accounts for businesses of all shapes in Upminster, Hornchurch, Romford, Brentwood and across Essex.

- Your corporation tax return (CT600), filed with HMRC
- Year-end accounts for sole traders and partnerships, ready for your tax return
- Checks on your director's loan account and dividends

Companies House changes
Companies House has been bringing in new rules, including identity checks for directors and people with significant control. We'll keep you in the loop and make sure your filings stay on the right side of them.
More than a form-filling job
Accounts are a chance to look back and plan ahead. Once yours are done, we'll show you what went well, where money is leaking out, and how to keep more of your profit next year.
